Google just changed the interface for their "web masters tools". Nothing bad until now, it looks a little more profesional but same features are missing. For example I can't chose anymore how many external links to be displayed on a page.

Also I noticed a big drop on the number of external links to my site.... about -50%

anyone happened the same?

Obviously Google must have reasons for taking away features. They don't do things just for the hell of it.

As for the missing external links, Google likely just wants to hide more information to help SEO's less.

I like the new interface myself, even if they are trying to hide some backlinks I wlll just continue to use Yahoo when I am looking for a total number of incoming links, and use Google to explore individual sites/anchor texts.

I think its good and its professional and user friendly.

Their is always some advantage and disadvantage in changes and updates. New things added and old one are removed but whatever Google webmaster tool is very helpful from the seo point of view.

I have checked their new look and figured out that there was a difference in data in both interfaces. Might be because of new interface is fully updated.
