You are lacking on the following:

Meta Tags
Alt Text Attributes

Use Wordpress with the All in One SEO plugin and then everything will be sorted

You need to explain more in detail about your service.

What actually it is, how it is beneficial.

You have written the content, but it is more looking like a summary rather than detailed explanation.

One more thing, add one or 2 paragraph in your home page about what you actually do and how does your service help common people.

You need to work on that.

Seriously i cant understand why are you so concerned with my signatures. If they are causing you a problem to you and your members, I am ready to take them off.

I think the point he is making is you are advertising "Achieve Extreme Google Rankings" and your asking others to review the site for SEO. Its kind of an Oxymoron.
