But my question is....if you have an e-commerce site, and you have updated all the contents related to your products in the catalog; what would you do next to update your content? Optimized each page with product name as targeted keywords then try to insert general keywords.

Example on title page if your site sell dvd movies. You should create the title like this

Angels and Demons DVD | Buy DVD Movies

Then insert again the keywords on content.
