Can anyone tell me how to sign up for Google and surehits affiliate programs? Do I need a website first? Thanks and appreciate all the help. I am new to this.

Go to google homepage and fill in the forms. same with surehits. You dont always need a website. Just put yahoo in on the form. You should ring them though so they know you're not a scammer.
