i have posted many items on many many website or forum,blog,but do not have effect.i like craigslist,but it do not like me,i can not post stick ads on it.

What do you mean by this? Upload an image of a girl wearing underwear as your avatar to have them click on it?

Don't use spamming just to get back links easily..

I've used google, yahoo and msn groups in the past. MSN groups is no longer around though, they've been useful especially when getting your inner pages index by the big 3 Search Engines. But since groups were swarmed with spammers, I don't find them that useful anymore for traffic. You can post for backlinks but good luck with the traffic because most groups members are spammers just trying to get you to visit their site.

I find the most useful groups are those that are moderated and stricted, why? Because real people join there for discussions, in other words, no spammers are around posting non-informative stuff. A lot of google groups today are now flooded with "Make Money Online" and "Free S*x Pass/Video/Pics" post which are totally useless... :|

I started a google groups which has about 450 members but only I post since it more news (or updates) than anything however I have noticed when I post on the google group that my posting do seem to get picked up by google news alerts. Not sure how helpful it been but at least if someone has an alert set up related to my posting they will get an alert with my page listed.

Most google groups are very strict on their members. Make sure you don't spam. PointOfService has a really good point. Know what you are getting into so you won't waste any time or effort.

Don't try to spam them or else you might get banned..

The google groups I create are not index by google.
But I found others are have PR I dont know what happend.

i used group.google.com before by asking question about our sites. and leave my sites links to let people to visit and help to point out the problem of my sites. i think which is a good point to leave your links on google group.
