This was a prank. i created an html file on my local drive. Then opened on internet Explorer. in address bar i typed www.google.com and took the screenshot and posted here.

Don't worry google is still alive

the prb with you hacked page is that..ie windows' color are dull and your page color are bright so its easily seems fake..also the typed address is dont may be in mspaint?
