It is index/cache by google but the quality of on-page optimization is very low. You need to improve your content, the structure of your internal links and put some meta tags on it, all I can see is the title.

IMO the yahoo only pay attention to backlinks,
But Google and MSN take notice to web content (like keyword position and amount).

It is also possible that your site will rank in all 3 search engines but the results aren't the same.
