there simple difference between no fallow and do fallow, no fallow means spider is not crawelled do fallow means spider crawler's yours website.

nofollow = a value for the "rel" atrribute of links to inform SEs that the site owner/operator does NOT trust or endorse the link target.

"dofollow" is an imaginary entity dreamed up by "experts" who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about!!

I agree. And i have a hard time explaining this to my client before, he keeps on mentioning DO FOLLOW and NO FOLLOW when in fact, these words are not real and does not even exist.

Is nofollow and dofollow really different? Because whenever I check my backlinks on Google Webmaster Tools, some "nofollow" links (my comments from nofollow blogs) are listed there.

The dofollow and nofollow is only for the robots and not for humans. We can proceed by clicking on the link.
Dofollow = Bots will crawl the link and index in the search engine listings
Nofollow = Bots will not crawl and not be indexed in search engine listings. The purpose of nofollow is that some pages we do not want to make it public and for that we use it

All I need is traffic.

Dofollow link give you a backlink to your website and help to getting good ranking in search engine but nofollow not give your website a backlink.

You can argue that dofollow doesn't exist however this thread (and the thousands of others like it online) seem evidence enough that dofollow is real, and its here to stay :P

The terminology isn't accurate but we all know what is meant when the term dofollow is used and unfortunately you can't preach to the internet. You could correct 20 noobs on the correct terminology but 30 more will register tomorrow, thats why Google search shows this as Suggested Searches:
