I saw some of my sites got PR3 from 0, why is G updating PR so freuently?

Yea I also observed that changes. I don't know the real reason why google updating PR frequently but might be because of Bing as their competitor for us to have some satisfaction from their services.

My PR went down .

I also experienced PR dropped on one of my blogs.. But others are just like the same...

i didn't notice the update. i still have the same PR

Probably it is a temporary phenomenon. Just wait for few weeks and things will settle down to normal. This must be part of normal business, I used to see it many times like this.

I've noticed it to, the PR on my inner pages have increased.

They're pushing it to the toolbar more often, but they update it constantly ... we just don't get to see the updates until they push it to the toolbar.

I noticed that as well. Specially on the backlinks and their indexing. I just got a site went from PR0 to PR2...

Well, I don't think they're being threatened with Bing, personally speaking, the only thing I like on Bing is their different background picture.

3 of my websites got pr 3 from 0 an 1 got pr 1 from 0 ... this is kind of odd

For my new website I didn't have any backlinks at all and got pagerank 3
after 2 weeks of domain life!!!! dunno how!

Yeah, I had the same thing happen, not sure why it would go down.

Google search is behaving rather strangely right now, maybe due to a PR update.

According to Google Webmaster tools, I am number 21 for the key words youtube iran uae. That’s……, really odd...., since in my entire website I have never mentioned Iran or UAE.

Also, the cached pages are acting odd. I have at least one page flipping back and forth between three different cached versions from different dates.

I am also occasionally turning up in number 1 -5 positions for queries when I have no idea as to why, sort of like youtube iran uae, except at least in those other cases I have used those keywords. I am at a loss as to why I am coming up in position 1-5 for them though.

My Blog turned to PR2 and many internal pages to PR1-PR2

While one of my sites remained static, the other one went down from PR 2 to PR1...
BTW, I am not too much obsessed with PR, since the traffic is steadily increasing for both of them

Huh, I hadn't noticed a change with google, I am still a PR1. But if it did increase, I would be happy. I have noticed that with Bing I now have three pages indexed.

What satisfaction is there to derive out of toolbar pr update, I wonder?

Ya my client websites PR also updated from PR2 to PR3 and from PR3 to PR4.
