I want to know whether there is any online tool available to see a history of ups and downs of google page rank for a particular site. Is there anything out there that can tell me when my site had a PR2 and when did it touch PR3? Something in the form of a graph with PR ups and downs along with timeline.

No one knows the answer to this?!:-(

Think about it. Any tool that provided that data would have to collect the PR of every page in Google's index after every public toolbar update. That would take a lot of space and a lot of resources.

I bet Google have got one.

Alright. I was not aware of this. Must be a herculean task for the coders. That's why none out still. But would be very useful if someone made it.

Better if you'll check you Page rank every day before you start and before you leave the computer so you can take note of your PR variations.

There are no such toolbar or software which can get you PR of previous PR's of webpages. I think you only concern about your webpages PR and PR do not vary every month. You can keep the PR of each of your page at the back of your head.

I always do mine manually, keeping records on my own

This is a great idea. You could even go so far as to provide a manual solution to the OP's problem if you are a student or something and have bags of time to inspect every page on the internet. You'd have at least one customer for that database.
