Hi friends I am currently working for http://www.otssolutions.com we made some changes in our website 2-3 months ago in this process we have deleted some pages from our website before this we were in top 30 for offshore software development in Google USA. but now we are around 170 - 200. I am working hard but i am not able to move that keyword up in google please help

What kind of changes you have made in your website. Just deleting the webpages or changes in homepage as well? make sure that if you have made changes in homepage then you need to get more backlinks for it.

For my other handled site, we also did some changes, well actually we did a resign of the site and all of the URLs which are .html were now all .php. Basically, everything changed, it's like a new site! We just did this last march and are struggling to get back our rankings. Fortunately they're coming back

Just be patient, keep building quality backlinks and make sure your content is properly optimized. Even though changes have been made, newly created pages can still appear on first page of SERP if the content is properly optimized.
