Hi Everyone,
I has a site with 180 URLs indexed in google. Now i have changed the site structure, navigation & URLs keeping the domain name same. Some pages of my old sites has good ranking.I have used HT access to redirect old urls to new one.Now the question before me is should i submitt reconsideration request to webmaster at google for new site?or its not necessary as i dont want to loose current rankings of my site.
Please guide me on this issue.

You don't need to submit a reconsideration request. Google will soon realise that the old URLs have been moved to the new ones.

No need to submit your site for reconsideration, this is for those sites that may have been baned or penalized by google for practices against thier user guildlines.

Simply resubmit a new site map through your Analytics page. Then wait, Google can take several weeks to catchup to everything.

Here's a link to a site which will make your sitemaps for free.

you can do either or both, but if you wait then it could take as little as a week depending on your popularity.
