Google find your images based on alt attribute and title attribute. So if you want to be seen in google images create title and alt attribute for your images.

Use ALT tags in your images and use search engine friendly pages to boost your images as well as your pages to the top of the rankings.

Excuse me, attribute I guess is what it would be called. I know what it is, and know how to use it, but have always referred to it as a tag.

There is no other way to inform Google to upload your images.
