I was wondering how to incorporate post ratings into good search as shown in the following search:

i was searching on code.google.com but couldn't find anything

What do you mean by post ratings? Do you mean showing up ranked high in your niche?

IF you are talking about the personal search features of changing your view of any given SERP. You can't!

Only YOU see YOUR personalised adjustments to the search results and only when you are logged in to your Google account.

I think it depends on google whether to include the ratings of the content listed on their results pages or not. Just like the issue on having category links underneath a result.

But I think you should incorporate post ratings on your pages to have the chance of seeing it as part of your resulting link on SERP.
