captainwatercolor dot com, had wonderful results in Google Videos for months. It seemed like they loved us.

One day the results started to fade away. The next day it was like we were banned. Could not get a video result at all, not even for the site name.

All during this time we have had good position in the Web search for all of our keywords, so its not like they banned the site. Rather its like they see no videos at all on the site.

We do have a video sitemap, which validates with webmaster tools, so in fact they absolutely do know all about the videos we have.

The only thing I can think of is that just before the fall from grace, there was an error in the most recent sitemap entry, (incorrect url for the .flv file). I corrected it and resubmitted, but that was about two weeks ago. We are still nowhere to be found.

I am stumped and aggravated.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

If those incorrect URLs have had backlinks, then I guess you need to put some permanent redirection from the erroneous URL to the correct one. This would tell google bots that the two URLs are the same however corrected. If somehow the old URL gained reputation, having a permanent redirection would past on reputation to the new URL.
