I've searched the google discussion boards but couldn't find the answer. How many pages does the free version of CSE index? I have a sitemap with 699+ urls but the CSE is only partially indexed and a lot of my searchs return no results. I thought it was unlimited, if you included ads on the results page.

Google CSE searches unlimited URL's, but your CSE will only find pages/keywords that are already indexed in the normal Google index.
Can you verify that the searches you do in your CSE are in fact returning results in www.google.com? If not, they also won't show up in your CSE.

The searches do not return anything from google.com either. Sounds like I have to wait for google to index all the pages on my sitemap before the CSE will be complete.
