I have made two blogs in the past two months. The first one was doing well, had over 700 backlinks and getting good hits for awhile. But it slowly decreased and i gave up on it because it was my first and I made alot of mistakes with the site.

I made another being very cautious and not keyword stuffing and doing everything normally, i check this website http://www.tools.seo-free.org/google_banned.php and figured out today that both of my sites are banned.

my new site is only 1 week old, i cannot see anything that i am doing wrong. I have spent hours and hours trying to get this right, but it just doesnt happen.

Do you have a google webmaster tools account? google.com/webmasters/
There you can check for sure if your sites are banned, and you can try to resubmit your site to be re-evaluated.

You should also try http://www.websitegrader.com/ which gives you ideas on how to make your site google compatible

I don't see initial problems with your site. Except the new site has like thirty key words. I think you're only supposed have 20.

How often do you submit your site to search engines? You are not supposed to do it more than once a month. And you shouldn't use those mass submission sites. Search engines pay more attention to manual submission.

Also, I'm pretty sure google doesn't like referral sites and make money online adverts.

There's a possibility that your sites have been sandboxed. Google often bans sites that generate excessive links in just a short period of time.

I have a webmaster account, both sites are on there but they dont show any error or anything of that sort.

My main focus is my Money blog, i really want that one too work. I dont understand what is wrong.

What do you mean by keywords? do you mean my meta keywords? I can lower that if it helps.

Also in webmasters, for the money blog i have 78 urls but only 3 are indexed. and for tehe VOIP i have148 urls but only 78 are processed. The voip blog has 1128 inbound links according to Webmaster and the Money has 0 so far but thats probably cause it hasnt been update. I also do use WebmasterGrader, my VOIP is ranked a 91 and Money is a 56.

The money blog literally is 1 week old and I already got banned. kind of makes me not want to do this blogging anymore. It is alot of hard work and I try to do everything right.

If you guys have anything I can do fix this, I am losing hope there is nothing I really can do. I am completely new to this game.

If the site is only a "week old" it hasn't had time to be indexed never mind "banned"

I think it is the site that is responsible for making this mess up. In fact, it is your online profile that is creating a issue. And one more thing, Do not add too many links in a blogs because blogs are not for exchanging links; rather they are there for content.

How do you know the week old site is banned? The only way you could assume that (partially) is if you saw it in a Google SERP and now its not there - is that the case?

I completely agree, a week old? Not possibly banned.
