David, your backlink is so low. you need at least 500 links. try to make comment on do follow blog and post some articles in article directories to make more links.
To be honest you'll get better result on focusing more on promoting your site and getting quality traffics which i think is far more important. Although I'm not excluding the idea of having a good PR on high ranking on serps, but do not obsess yourself with it.
you can exchange links with those higher pr website and do more and more backlinks , then someday your webiste will have higher PR, also don;'t forget to fresh your webiste with good content
