Are there any tools that check for our SERP rankings on an specific region?

Aside from the option google.com, this tool provides you option to select which country specific results you want to have including google.com.au.

You could check your keywords that rank for specific location in google webmastertools.

you can also check by installing SEO Book tool bar into your browser. The SEO Toolbar

i still prefer doing it manually.. some tools are not accurate..

The tools work, it's just that some tools/bots/users are on different data centers which give you different SE results.

Its not checking on the region wise, only in google.com and googl.com.uk

If you really want something that is 100% accurate, try checking manually. But if your site is a bit low on serps, that's a different story.
