Blocking the IP was good. My guess is this person uses more than the one IP though. Thanks for sharing the info. I know this whole thing has been a nightmare, but it seems like you're getting closer to fixing things for good and have probably learned a lot about a variety of things in the process.

So true! When this process started, I only knew how to post articles to my blog and knew nothing else. I was very close to computer illiteracy.

Now my computer knowledge and blog knowledge has actually increased. So you are correct.
