Keyword stuffing means unnecessarily using keywords again and again and if you doing at any level you will taking risk for your site.

i agree with mate normally keyword density is allowed is 3-4% for one page. Do not use more than that else your site will be thrown away from SERP. just take care of it.

There is no "allowed" "keyword density" the whole "keyword density" thing is just a long standing myth invented by "experts" who used to cram their pages with irrelevant crap back in the days before Google existed.

What the OP is asking about is NOT "keyword stuffing"! It's just simply poor copywriting.

Keyword "stuffing" is cramming HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of words and phrases into every possible place on the page where bots will read it.
It's a "technique" from the long dead days of when keyword repetition NOT density was a factor for SEs.

Some of you should actually try these so called "blackhat techniques" before you "advise" others on how "bad" they are.
