Suppose if i have given hyper link in the site , after giving hyper link my ranking is going to down. So what i will do i mean i will remove the hyper link or not.

depends on the site you linked to, if the is a bad neighbor remove it.

Is this site make your pr down?If it is, remove it.

I don't think its the hyperlink that cause why your site ranking went down.. how many links you add?? there's alot of things to consider..

The site that you linked in your site could be an issue to.. There was this one time when I linked my PR3 squidoo lens to a website that is not relevant to my lenses niche, after getting crawled by Google the PR got lost and although it is not relevant in SERPs(PR that is) SERPS got lost as well. everything came back to normal when I removed the link. I'm not saying completely that it is the cause of the changes for the site or that time was just an ever flux, but, the best way to know the answer is to try it out yourself.

IF you think that the site or link you have created it the cause of your ranking down than remove that link and wait for next updated....

Is that hyperlink very important to your site? If not, remove it and your ranking will be back.

Have you linked to a site or a site has linked to you?

If you have linked to a site, then is it a paid link?

If google detects paid links, then the PR of the site goes down but I am not sure if the ranking will be penalized too. If you had paid links in your site, then you can simply remove them and then submit a re-consideration request in GWMTs.

If you are talking about a site that is linking to you, then I think you should not worry about it as we cannot control who links to us.

if site have low parameters in SE dont get link from that site. cause its mean that you move your site down in SERP.

if u r sure abt it thn remove it as soon as possible.

Outbound Links can get you into a lot of trouble. Linking to a "Bad Neighbor" or "Bad Neighborhood" means you are linking to known search engine spammers. If Google catches you playing this game, inadvertently or not, they WILL penalize your site.

Incoming links can never hurt you.

You can use nofollow tag for that link which will help you to maintain your PR.

If you happen to link to a bad neighborbood, removing your link there would be a wise idea. So before posting anything or linking, make sure the page is SEO-friendly.

You mean link exchange? It is natural that if you link exchange with other websites that means the link juice which is given by your visitors to your website will be given to that website you have link exchanged. Link juice is one of the important factors that can increase your page rank.

As far as I know link exchange does not effect google rankings now. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thapa are you sure that your rank dropped only after giving out a link. What is your cache date, and when did you gave out the link.

Well...how you come to know exactly that just by a single hyper link your site ranking going is down? there may be many reasons for this.

The thing you can do is, just go for linking on relevant websites and away from bad neighbourhoods and that may never hurt your site or rankings.

I got a bit confused there, I'm also curious on how you get to know that your rank went down because of the specific link you have on a site??
