Doesn't make too much of a difference to me. TLBR PR is just an indicative of the original PR taken into consideration by Google.

Check your log stats to ascertain whether you had any spike in your referrals.

yeah i also get update in my all site and blogs,

in 2 site update PR 1 to PR 3
In 1 blog get PR 4

and decrease PR from 3 to PR 2 in one site
