That blog post is a classic example of blogging about nothing, and I'm not
surprised by who wrote it either.
@everyone,
Webmasters love to obsess. They love to check their rankings, they love
to check percentage of pages indexed, they love to check their traffic,
and they love to look at their little green PR bar.
That's life, it's not going to stop and there are some very good reasons
to check those things. If you find it annoying, maybe you need a day off.
