How old is your site? If, your site is newer then it is very often with new sites initially they rank well after indexing and soon their rank drops a lot.

how did you check on cafeine?

Everything cool. Ranking can fluctuate. It may be cos of you cared less on your site oprimisation for search engines or your competitors are doing more optimisation than you to go higher in SERP.

Maybe that is the effect of Google Dance.

I agree with that. Google is dancing today. My site rank then it drops.

And now days its often with most of sites and you need to continue promoting your sites.

Most of my sitem to be be experiencing ranking increases, tnough a couple have experienced the odd drop.

Nothing much to worry about, Google spiders all the time and things move about "who cares" if your results don't even back out then look into doing something to improve things. And I don't mean go and make loads of links here there and everywhere!
