They are called PIPs - Partially Indexed Pages

It's because it's new. It will correct itself soon enough.

For a new page, its PIP as Chris explained.
And sometimes, while the Google robots try to explore your page and index it, the host refuses to load which leads to failure to index the page.

The next time Google robots visit your website, it might be indexed and the snippets would show the meta tags if you have set them for your website. i.e. the meta title, meta description and the meta keywords for your website.

Well! If this is the case you have more problems than a few pages that are not fully indexed.
