Hello guys! My site's links all point to one page, index.php, which has the layout. But they have different ids which are for including different pages within that index.php. Will googlebot freak out if they see this...I mean....I don't want google to think that my site has only one page....I used to be in google for a keyword, but now I'm completely gone from google....this is making me worry.

In the webmaster information pages on google.com, it is clearly stated that it helps to keep the parameters short and the number of them small. Visit the Webmaster Guidelines for more information.

There might be various reasons to it. Not the file name with querystring alone.
- Number of links to it.
- Keyword relevancy
etc etc.,

You should try mod-rewrite using .htaccess.
You can name your files whatever you want, if you can perfectly redirect to the correct page.
