A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds
Thought for today:- Is SEO the only industry where all the cowboys are Indians?
In what pages did you find Byte Order Mark and how did you find. If you can insert some screenshot, just to see what I am looking for, because it's not so clear to me.
I also tried webbug, but without success to find BOM or I don't know to use this program.

I followed the advice of chrishirst and fixed the BOM problem. Hopefully this will help. I already work with the Google Webmaster Tools, and I can see that my sitemap is visited, it knows how many pages should exist, no special error messages, but until know it has not been indexed. But, hopefully they will be indexed now with the BOM problem fixed.
I visited you website you mention above but i saw a message which says website shifted to guidemadrid dot net and this site is indexed with as well but are were right that guidemadrid dot net is still not indexed with google this is because you haven't done any marketing for it you should do blog commenting and forum signature link back and submit your site to directories i am sure it will be indexed
dont worry....you may every day to update your website, you can white some blog to update it ,and every day to send some link to your website,i think that is not question

If you just bought that domain, and don't mind dropping it, just get yourself a new one and stop waiting for Google. The domain may be blacklisted and Google will never tell you it is.
The domain you use is not good for google. Usually, sites with .info find it hard to get indexed. I have once used this kind of domain. Everything was fine but just can not get indexed.
Maybe you need to check out whether your robots.txt file has prevent the search engine spider from indexing.
