@chrishirst

I checked problematic pages for BOM on this link http://people.w3.org/rishida/utils/bomtester/ and it said there is no BOM in that pages.

In what pages did you find Byte Order Mark and how did you find. If you can insert some screenshot, just to see what I am looking for, because it's not so clear to me.

I also tried webbug, but without success to find BOM or I don't know to use this program.

But, hopefully they will be indexed now with the BOM problem fixed.

I visited you website you mention above but i saw a message which says website shifted to guidemadrid dot net and this site is indexed with as well but are were right that guidemadrid dot net is still not indexed with google this is because you haven't done any marketing for it you should do blog commenting and forum signature link back and submit your site to directories i am sure it will be indexed

If you just bought that domain, and don't mind dropping it, just get yourself a new one and stop waiting for Google. The domain may be blacklisted and Google will never tell you it is.

The domain you use is not good for google. Usually, sites with .info find it hard to get indexed. I have once used this kind of domain. Everything was fine but just can not get indexed.

But it also can be just a time question.

Login to google webmaster tools, That may help troubleshoot any crawl issues as you can force a googlebot to crawl and see what happens.
