i just re design website and when new website cache by google my SERPs is gone. is this only re design is factor or something else.

please advice me.

And what did this "redesign" actually entail?

If you have done this redesign in the past "days" then just don't worry, Google may just push you down temporarily and will push you back up when it's done thinking about what it should do with your site. If you are not back in a couple of weeks, then you should make sure that your redesign didn't break anything on your site.

And how can you be sure of this without knowing what was done?

If the design was merely a change of colours or images the SE results should not be changed at all, and if the "redesign" meant wholesale changes in URIs, the the site may never recover.

I agree, if the design have change the content of the site it may affect in the ranking.
