I got a whole bunch of links to one of my websites several weeks ago, but I have gotten no changes yet in search engine rankings, because Google hasn't crawled the pages with my links on them, so Google has no idea that those pages are even linking to me.

I was wondering how I could get Google to crawl a page from a different website I have a link on within 24 hours (if this is even possible ) so that Google will go to that page and see a link to my website and I will get credit for that link in 24 hours or at least within a few days, rather than waiting weeks for Google to index the page with my link, whether they even index it at all, leaving me waiting for weeks to get credit for a link or not even getting credit for the link at all.

Why not concerntrate on getting links from often indexed websites rather than something google may or may not visit.

I heard a post in Digg will have google come back within 24hrs.
Ive seen my site change within 8hrs of posting.

What makes you think that the pages HAVE any credit to pass in the first place?

It can take weeks for the links to be "credited" to your pages.

It what the SEO "expertgurumaster" types refer to as "the sandbox" in their efforts to prove how little they actually know.

IF you are expecting instant results from any SE Promotional effort, you are in the wrong business.

their indexing is ruled by how close they are to the homepage of the site, so if it is supposed to get indexed, you can speed up the process by pinging the urls of the pages.

Nope! How many "clicks" they are from any OTHER page not just the "home" page of the site.
