How do i get google cached my site as i notice some sites are being cached daily but mine has not being done so since 25 November i done a new design and upload on 4 December but it is still not showing my meta description.How do i get this fix?

Google decides what to cache frequently and what not to.

In order to make your website to be cached by G frequently,

1. You must have more content on your website theme. More pages added regularly.
2. You must have good bunch of incoming links from PR4 or more websites.

Google doen't normally display meta descriptions in the results page. The description show in the google results is usually an excert of your page form the text surrounding the search term with the search term highlighted in bold.
