If you google IBM or any major company - within the SERPs - under the listing of IBM - you'll see "products", "Contract", etc.

Just wondering why Google allows that and how any site can get that type of listing.

Google Sitelinks, google creates them automatically. I dont know how they go about picking which sites have them prob high traffic, great content, etc...

I assumed it happened to all large high profile sites, never really took much notice but it changes them quite often on dynamic sites, just had a look at mine, pretty weird how they decide what to show, one of them is "Tesco great promos on laptops." Can't imagine that thread is taking the world by storm.

It is Google Sitelinks. I think google can pick out the websites which have big traffic, unique content, good site architecture.
