You can't.

It's up to the sites that are stupid enough to allow those pages to be public to stop it happening.

I don't think some webmasters don't know anything about search engines and make their download pages public that search engines can spider them and other people can use of their services for free.

that usually happens.. if you don't want this to happen maybe try to contact site owner to fix and secure their site pages..

Too bad this only works on really crappy webpages.

Why would someone, other than a guy in a loony ward who is happily tapping away at the computer in the nurses bay, want to search for something like that?
