I am registering a domain for a new site. For example, my target keyword is weight lost. WeightLost.com or Weight-Lost.com, which is better for SEO? Or they are just the same for SEO.

Neither are better for seo but WeightLost.com is better for people.

If they are looking to lose weight, weight "loss" makes sense, not weight "lost", but keywords in domains don't carry much weight anymore, so thinking of the user is best. For example, nobody will type
the-best-weightloss-solution.com into an address bar. Keep it short and to the point.

I think both of them is good.. But you're lucky if those domain name haven't been registered yet

you can choose both, it doesn't matter if you place dash for separated words as long as you include the keyword on the meta title and description.

Sometimes the nature of keyword should consider too. For example the word "well-known", it is better to have the dash instead without dash...

any of them would do...its a matter of how you work for it to gain good rankings

Both are equally good.
You have your keywords right in your domain name. That makes it easier for you to rank for that keyword...

Yes they are, for the reasons I stated above.
Having keywords in your domain makes it easier to rank for it. You can still rank high for "Weight loss" with a domain like "aa.com", but it is a little bit easier with the right domain.

WeightLost.com is much better then Weight-Lost.com, according to SEO it is good to choose a web URL similar to keywords name.I'm still a little leary about placing a hyphen in the URL and how this affects a Google crawl.I've used hyphens for many years, along with no hyphens of course. I've not seen one iota of difference getting hyphenated domains ranked.

^People talk about websites, it's much easier to say weightlost than weight hyphen lost.

i'd prefer the domain with no hypen. but if domain isn't available,concider the domain with hypen

Though the 2 sites are depend are good domain names, it depends on you on how you link build it.

It can be recommended to go for the shorter and keyword rich domains but this does not mean as soon as your site is launched, simply due to its domain features the next day you would find at at the top of Google. Nowadays the off-page elements like links are playing the essential roles and some domain based features might not be extremely important.

WeightLost.com is better then using - operator

I personally think if you have your keywords in your domain it will be better for optimization purposes anyway, so either would do.
