I dont think there is a difference. Google Toolbar shows the Page Rank what actually Google Rank a particular site.

What do you mean that they both are different. PR is only calculated by Google so why talking about the difference between Google toolbar PR and PR??

PR = Page Rank
Google PR = Google Page Rank (Google serp)
Google tool bar PR = based on total Link popularity

Toolbar PR = A big Google mistake (means nothing anymore).
Actual PR = Only Google knows
