Now I have my Account on google
but I see not many functions there
I want to add dictionary online direct on the screen in my account
to use directly and fast
so what should I do? If any resolution, so could I save the address of that page for the time that follows?

You can use free made plug ins for using Google translate directly from your browser if you are using Opera or Firefox and its better because you have it in all pages you are visiting. Just search for Google Translate plug ins and install them to your browser.
