I am going to use new set of Google analytic code for my website.

My question is if i use new code will google provide all the report(old report) which i had in my old code.

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but as long as the site ID is unchanged, it should keep working normally.

Each set of Google analytic code generate different report. So, once you change you Google analytic code, it will generate new set of report.

if you use different code...the answer would be NO you wont get the old reports...since its 2 different referring ID

It lets you analyse the traffic to your pages so you can see what is happening to your site/pages from your marketing efforts.

It helps in tracking not only source but also the landing pages with keywords used. And all this helps in making good marketing plan.
