I have registered a domain 1 month ago. And i have not installed any script on it. I mean i only have registered this domain and didn't upload anything to it.
1) Now i want to know can i start making backlinks for it to increase Google pagerank, when it hasn't anything on it?
2) Should i park this domain and then start making backlinks for it?
3) Should i upload one page on it and then start making backlinks for it?
4) If i cant do above works, whats your suggestion?
5) How can i increase Google pagerank of this domain before uploading content to it?

What's the point? I guess you have dreams of building up some PR on a domain with no content and selling it? If you're going to build links, have content their for the poor suckers who happen to click on your link.

You are wasting your time IMO. The only way to build PR is to create inbound links from other pages on other sites that are themselves indexed at Google. But what site is going to want a link to your site on their site if the you have no content there.

And I'll bet you plan on using unnatural link building techniques like article submission, directory submission, blog commenting, forum sigs, etc. which ALL have the inherent problem of their effectiveness decaying over time. This means just to maintain the SAME PageRank you'll have to continue to build links. It's like swimming up stream.

And a 1 page or 5 page site is NOT going to attract natural links... the kind that do NOT lose their effectiveness over time.

I really don't understand why people come up with such schemes. There is so much more profitable work you could be doing with your time.

I would suggest that a username shange may be prudent. Because "bestseo" is definitely a misnomer

BTW Is there a forum you haven't asked this question at?

I suggest to complete first the site before building links, google might not crawl your site because its under construction.

No, you can't. Finish your website first, do some on-page optimization first before doing some off-page optimization like link building.

On-page Optimization needs meta tags.. Consider Keyword density and keyword positioning in creating metas.

you Should upload one page on the site then start making backlinks for it . if you have no content on the site then it's put negative impression upon you site.

What do you charge for your "best seo" services? I'm REALLY interested in hiring you. I NEED a PR of 9 or 10 for a domain I haven't bought yet. It really needs backlinks to the default 404 page! Please advise!!!

Beside, if the world of search optimization was like essay writing and asking a few questions and then awaiting the answers why would tens of thousands of people get involved with their SEO tasks and be in constant contact with some companies? You are recommended to begin reading and learning.
