Nope, unique means "one of a kind" so twice cannot be "unique"


Search engines do not calculate visitors, they have no idea if someone visits your pages or not.

Google tracks the website visitor by using its tracking code. The GA Code helps Google to determine from where the visitor has come, whether it is a search engine, referral site OR direct.

Google isn't tracking site visitors, YOU are tracking visitors using a tool that Google bought out (Urchin) and then rebranded as Google Analytics.

Depends if the cached page loads the javascript or not.

You will need to have "goals" and "funnels" defined so that conversions can be tracked.

OR
You can look at the unique visitors against the ones who actually made it through the checkout process.

If you had 500 uniques and 5 sales you have a 1% conversion.

For the keywords used, you need to examine the referer for the ones that made it through to a sale.

You can check your Google webmaster tool to see for what keywords people are coming to your website. Also you can test your keywords of Google too.
