There are some things you need to consider also to rank high in google. Not just Link Building but also on-page optimization.

If you are at the beginning of your SEO jourmney, perhaps contacting the SEO experts could be recommended because if you are going to do everything all by yourself, you would need at least several months before gaining some knowledge of the whole search engine optimization globe.
