What exactly is the problem. How many pages do you have and how many are indexed. What does your Google Webmasters Tools say if you have it installed? Let us have some more info. We might be able to give you a hand.

what have you already doing for your site? building quality links is one important factor...
and just a quick thought...would be nice if you could use an anchor text for your signature rather than just the putting the url...
did you submit a sitemap? try to submit a site using webmaster tool then put your link on a page where bots are regularly visited.
