Google PR is specific to a single URL

Not sure why people are so much considered about PR as it won't help you that much as SERP's would..

Anyhow, for increasing PR you need to stretch your link building strategies..

To increase PR you need to increase the backlinks, as more backlinks will get more traffic and more traffic means more PR. But here i am talking about quality links otherwise its worthless.

PR depend upon the no. of relevant dofollow backlink and that is the way to increase PR.

Your site can get PR by building quality links on it...also consider putting good content.

Yes, I now
I add to directory (ca. 300 - PR 3-5), I add to blogs, I write article, I have few links from wikipedia.org and my domain (directory) have only PR2. Domain have almost 2 years and only PR2.
I need PR4 or PR5.

This is true that PR won't help you much in SEO but if you are looking to increase it for any other reason then its better to concentrate on building backlinks!
