You can still do off-page SEO. Building backlinks would be your best option in this case.

Yeah, if you'll try to create a new html page of your site then it will take 2-3 moths more so it would be better to do link building as i think that its the best and the only option you have right now.
extremely sorry to say that yet there are no such bots are invented which can read text from flash so if your website cant provide any text then u must have to add some text before u want to optimize it for search engines

Actually google is starting to be able to read flash..... Although I still wouldn't base an entire site on it.
to the original poster. what kind of flash site is it that would take 3 months to reproduce in html/css/php. does it have 10000 inner pages? frig I could rewrite facebook in 3 months.
