I have 2 sites with PR4 and one of them dropped to PR2. I really don't know why is that?
I use the same seo strategies by submitting them to social bookmarking sites and article directories.
My question is,
How to increase and maintain Page Rank?

Real Pageank:
There is a total value of 1 that is shared between ALL pages so as more pages are added to Google index, every page gets a little bit less to share around.

So by getting poor "quality" links from poor "quality" pages ie: ones that never gain natural links of their own you add little or nothing to your pages REAL PR.
