If you do most things right, how fast would your ranking on google places increase ?
My profile is 100% complete including videos,pictures,categories and all information.
I have created more back links than most of my competitors and still I'm far away from even the first place. Also my SEO is almost as good as it gets.
Help will be appreciated.

You can create as much back links as you wish, but if it is spam or on the wrong niche, then you wouldn't benefit your website on search engines.

Then, why are you asking for help? Can't you get your website on the first page of Google for a popular search term by yourself?

Age of domain does matter to Google. If you really are doing things right, just keep doing those things and try to be patient.

That is only one of a big bunch of factors.......and one you can not control....

How many are there that we don't even know about??....

Well, if you think you have done things right, build backlinks etc. maybe it isn't. SEO is a working process and it won't show the result that you like overnight. Just keep on doing on link building.
