I have a few questions related to free domain services such as www.Vv.Cc
I have seen a few of these domain extensions crop up now, which offer free domains and not just a redirect like the likes of .tk,
So...
Do you think google see's these domain extensions differently to any other country TLD e.g. co.uk or with some SEO work do you think they could be ranked?
I'm thinking that in theory.. they should be able to rank as any other TLD can rank with the right SEO work done, but do you think it would be a lot more work to rank this type of TLD?
The reason I ask this, is because taking Vv.Cc for example, there are a lot of domains available and I have managed to register domains such as hosting.vv.cc & seo.vv.cc
Also Do you think also that this type of domain has any value in terms of $? or would you say that because they are free, they are not really worth anything?
Has anyone here managed to rank a free domain for some good keywords?
If these type of domains are only useful for using as something like a short url service or for your personal type sites, do you think they would be useful for a network of sites e.g. instead of buying a bunch of .info domains?
