Hi-
I have a website (woodtoyz.com) that has slipped from the number one spot for the phrase wooden toys. I basically parked the site for a couple of years and I recently started working on it again.

From what I have read, content and relevant links are important.
Are there free tools that can analyze a site, the site's content and links?
I have found things on google but I don't know if they are legit.
Thanks!
Ken

None of them are "legit".

ALL of them are guessing.

The ONLY reliable way is to get somebody who knows what they are doing (NOT an "expert") to actually look at the pages properly!

There are softwares for analyzing your content ans also your backlinks. But note that analyzing content is usually based on analyzing the content of your competitors and about links, you should know that at least i didn't see any software which can analyze the relevance of your links to your keyword. I suggest you to go to IBP website and see the features of the software to see if its useful for you?
