I have a website nearly 10 years old. I am getting different result in google.com (India and USA).

When I am searching for particular 2 phrase term, my site is ranking 1st in “google.com” (in India). When I use US proxy for searching the same keyword in “google.com”, my site is not ranking in first 800 results.

This is mystery for me. Does any body have same problem?

What can be the reasons for such huge difference? What I have to do for making the site ranking good in USA google.com?

In America they consider they have 800 or more results to give that are better and more relevant to searchers, you got a lot of work to do

What is your geo targetting setting in Google's Webmaster Tools? Google will personalize your results depending on many factors, including geo targeting.

It could be that most or all of your site's back links are from Indian sites, and therefore Google feels your site is only relevant for that keyword phrase when users from India search for the phrase.

Hard to say what the problem is without the URL and the keyword phrase you're talking about.

And if it's the site in your signature, it's not going to take too much thought to work out why!

^Do you mean to say that if someone in Florida searches for "data entry" they might get results like "FloridaDataEntry.com" you know, something that might actually be useful to them

Mind you, this thread illustrates perfectly how little these "SEOs" and "marketers" REALLY know about "localisation" and "geo-location"

The reason is clear. Google ranks results locally in many cases. You have optimized your website and got links from Indian websites, then you rank in top results for your term but as you have not optimized your website for US, you see your website on low positions.
Also note that optimizing for US is the most difficult as i know.

I don't want to target my website to just one country so it is not wise for me to use geo targeting setting in Google's Webmaster Tools.

I am getting links from various website such as ezinearticles, prlog, blogspot and many others those are hosted on US and other countries servers.

I also want to mention another fact that my website content (complete website) is copied by various websites. Is it affecting my SERP?

Which steps you suggest me to follow for better ranking in US data center?

"Distribution" Meta tag is not on website. Is it really affecting the ranking?
