when your site link present in such website which pr is 0 then your pr also be 0........so try to put your link in high pr site so your pr will be increase ........

On page optimization and off page optimization, use white hat seo techniques and link building is part of off page seo and link building is part of off page seo.

You need more high pr links pointing to your site.

I saw you website and suggest you that you should remove some links in your homepage and write a good article and paste into homepage.

ROFLMAO Please tell me you don't "actually" believe your own statement. PR is a measure of link popularity. Link building is exactly how you improve your site's PR (unless you want to wait a decade to gain links naturally).

You need unique content and less links pointing out. You also need to get quality sites with high PR to link directly to your site. But overall you need to concentrate on unique content.

Just continue building links on it. I'm sure the next Google PR update will be your day.

My site is more than a year old and around 200 quality backlinks and good unique content is also there but still PR of website is 0. Now, can anybody suggest me what I suppose to do??

The links on your site are they nofollow? Do they link to reputable sites? Do you have sites linking to you that have PR better than 3?
