1 article in 10 article sites per day is enough. It depends how quality the sites are.

In a single article directory, don't submit more than 2. Submit another article only after approval of first 2. There are number of standard article directories over internet where you can submit different articles everyday.

but before, I'm doing 20 articles submission per day. sounds spammy.

I am always perfecting for manual submission in any article Sites and If u have 1 article then you may easily upload in 40 Sites who has really good Page rank and Alexa Traffic..

It may not be a good idea to submit same article in different article sites coz this leads to duplication of content.

You can file whether to outsource a large number of items and they all arrive the same day. I know that outsourcing of 100 items at a time from multiple sources and it was common for me to receive from 80 to 100 items ready to be presented from different vendors.

If you are going to submit the same and the same article again and again, then you must limit your submission. But if you are going to use different article in every submission, that would be another case.

Actually, Article submission is limitless. What matter most is how many quality articles you submit because as far as I know, it is not advisable to submit just 1 article to 100 directories. I'm not saying that this is bad but submitting 100 unique article to just 1 article directory is far better.

It's maybe in their TOS but in my experience, i haven't reached any limit yet to the number of submissions to any article directory..

It is totally depends on your submission speed maximum imformation you can upload in Google. they will be more helpfull to improve your website marketing.
